First order of business, new (-ish) layout!

Those of you from my personal journal have already seen it, since it was it's original home. Truthfully, I just missed my Harley Quinn and this one just didn't suit me as well. But, I still think it is teh sex of most all layouts I've made and much prefer it here. So, mad tea party layout at curiousa_icons.

Second on the list, brushy brush'm icons. I'm experimenting with making fancier icons again to change up the pace between the minimalist style I love so much. These are from the Buffy episode "Hush", one of my favorites.

Just looking for some opinions, any constructive crit or just plain luvvins...

And if using, remember the old mantra: comment, credit and no hotlinking.

So, any babies screaming in fear? Or should I mingle *pinky in the air* fancy stuffs in with the minimalism?

After a long break of just feeling lazy, I made some more iconage.

First, a very special icon made by the loverly knightbusgirl after a rather long rant I had about the concept of bases as compared to minimal icons at royalty_icons. I don't always like icons crammed full of text and brushes, and in the case of several of mine, I prefer to rely on the images themselves, as inspired by minimal_icons, and don't consider those to be bases so, my rant became an icon from knightbusgirl:

I've made myself a few personal icons using my former icons, and I'm thinking about making a Batman villians alphabet icon set. I see them in so many of my fandoms and I'm just itching to make one, the only thing is is the fact that my brain is fried from Batman cappage-ness and I can't come up with all the letters so I need help.

The letters I'm missing:

E, G, I, L, N, O, Q, U, X, and Y.

Any thoughts?

And as incentive, the icons I've already made.

I've also started capping some Poison Ivy and Catwoman episodes, and Girl's Night Out. Any other character requests?

Edit: His popularity is out of control, the one, the only Egghead!

See? He doesn't "mesh", I can't use him.
